Why is it so hard to find sit down restaurants to eat at that you can eat gluten free at I get sick of eating salads all the time. Please help how do you get the restaurant to get a gluten free menu???????????????

Good question Nichole. I'm not extremely educated on gluten so I don't want to make any suggestions. But I know when I was carb free I'd order sandwiches & burgers etc with no bread or bun. It was just as tasty
